Items are normally shipped within 24
to 48 hours of payment. You should recieve a confirmation email stating that your item
has shipped, along with a tracking number.
On credit card orders, we can ship to a different address than billing, but require the billing address of the credit card be entered. This can be entered in the checkout process, so please save yourself (and us) the hassle.
We welcome international orders, the site will give an online shipping quote for United States Postal Service(USPS)Global Express (3-5 day). This in our experience has been the most cost effective. Please note
that ShinyBox does not collect any import taxes or duties that may be levied on products
shipped from the United States. Please verify in advance what these duties might entail, so that
you are not caught with unexpected import costs.
Also note that items purchased from ShinyBox carry a US warranty. International customers are responsible
for shipping to and from the US for warranty repairs.
Please contact us directly to obtain a return authorization, and a shipping address.
If the item is returned in undamaged/original condition, we don't have hidden return fees,
and the only thing we do not refund is the shipping cost. We reserve the right to refuse a return
if the item is deemed "non-returnable" (you lost the case, you dropped it down the stairs, you spray painted it
dayglo pink and carved your initials in it, etc.)
